Hayden Poindexter is our Field Educator for Revolution in  Arkansas, with over 10 years of customer service and cannabis experience he is able to provide one-on-one support for our dispensary partners in the state. Having extensive experience in the Arkansas retail market , Hayden uses that experience to help guide cultivation to meet the needs of such a fast changing market. By focusing on Personal interactions and relationship development, Hayden has been able to put the wealth of Revolution's Cannabis knowledge to good use. Over the years, his strengths at Revolution has garnered some recognition for reviving the relationships between our dispensaries and cultivation facility. Hayden may spend his days driving the curvy back roads of Arkansas, but it's his love for Cannabis and passion to normalize use in the state, that gets him up in the morning. When he is not at Revolution, Hayden can be found playing video games, hanging out with his German Shepherd, Romulus, or cooking something he has never tried before!
